How do I become a member?
You will need to visit our facility and bring your original doctor’s recommendation and your California driver’s license/photo identification card. Your identification must have a photo of you on it.
First, we must verify your doctor’s recommendation. Then you must complete a member sign-up form. Sometimes the process can be fast and sometimes it can take up to twenty minutes depending on your doctor and the time of day. Make sure your doctor will be open when you plan on coming here the first time so we can contact their office and verify that you are their patient.
New customers will not be permitted to enter the dispensary area if they do not bring their ID and doctor’s letter. No exceptions.
I am disabled, can’t drive, need constant care, or am incapable of coming in by myself enough to fit my needs. What do I do?
